Strategic Land

Longer Term Land Opportunities

Strategic land is land without planning permission but which has longer term development potential. Beck has a proven track record of working alongside landowners to promote strategic sites through the planning process. Not only do we have the expertise to drive complex planning projects forward, we have the financial capacity to fund what are often very expensive planning applications and appeals.

Beck is actively seeking new strategic land opportunties throughout the North of England having succesfully promoted a wide range of sites from large greenfield extensions to existing settlements to smaller niche sites within the existing settlements. Whatever the size and complexity of the site, Beck has to know-how to advise on the most appropriate promotion strategy to optimise land value and the chances of obtaining planning permission.

To find out if your land has potential, please contact us for a no obligation meeting to discuss the opportunity in person on 0844 335 0824 or email a site plan and contact details to info@beckhomes.co.uk

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of deal structures do you tend to prefer for longer term sites?
The deal structure for promoting land really depends upon the landowners particular circumstances. Land can be secured and promoted using a range of different contractual forms including Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, Outright Purchase with Overage Payments and Joint Venture Partnerships. The nature of the contract is fully flexible upon both the needs of the landowner and the planning strategy required to secure a planning permission as soon as possible and on the most commercially advantageous terms for all parties.
